Almost 2 weeks ago I volunteered at the first ever America For Gold 5K fun run. There were about 10 athletes that showed up to participate. There were massage several therapists on site as well as two chiropractors for the runners to be treated by upon completing the run. Also there bagels and fruit were donated so everyone could have a bite to eat.

I started the clock at the beginning of the face and then when the athletes crossed the finish line took down the times to determine placement.
I had a good time hanging out with Kevin, Emily, Will, Andrea, Eli, Cami and Blatchy !
